Hi all, wanting to arrange transport for two trekkers to the Scotts Peak Dam trail head on February 9 from Hobart.

Failing a car pool, which is the best and cheapest shuttle service out there this time of year?

I came out of Hobart a few days ago and found ity hard to find shuttles especially in my research from Melbourne, but whilst in Hobart i did find this bloke was recommended, and i would have used him had i not been lucky with getting lifts.

I found a local through a bushwalkng buddy that did the run for $150. Hiring a car would have been a good option for a 6 day morane K trip giving more flexibility. No mobile reception at the top of morane k using optus on this trip.
Great trip solo for a 63 year old!
