3 / 4 day hike recommendations

Postby jensnell » Sun 11 Nov, 2018 9:01 pm

Hi there, I'm off to Tassie for five days (flying in and out of Hobart) mid this week.
Could anyone share some multi-day hiking recommendations? Ideally 3 or 4 days, with camping (as opposed to lodges).
Most of the three day hikes I could see (three capes etc..) seemed a bit fancy for our tastes.
We're experienced backpackers with good gear etc.
Thanks in advance :)

Frenchmans Cap. Plenty of camping near huts.
Mt Ossa via Arm River Track.
Acropolis via Pine Valley.
Walls of Jerusalem NP.
Freycinet NP.
Mt Anne circuit (quite technical).
Do you want to build a snowman?

And you can also do the capes without paying big bucks if you stick to the 'free' option with no huts etc.
