Had to look that up - we had been at Anna Bay at the northern end of the beach - but yes - one web site has this description:
The Stockton Bight Sand Dunes, in the Worimi Conservation Lands, cover 4,200 hectares, 1,800 of which are forest, as well as 32kms of the longest moving sand dunes in the southern hemisphere.
They are amazingly large and extensive dunes.
A great walk up onto them towards sunset.
