Well that's pretty close. I was heading up from just south of Lake Petrarch toward Lake Oenone and then Olympus, supposedly. A member of a walking club had just told me an hour or so before that he'd done it half a dozen times and that it was very easy to get up the slope. I must have missed something. I know "easy" is a relative term but even in Tasmania I don't think it means both your arms are covered in blood after twenty minutes. Probably not, anyway.
