Reminds me of the back of the Tyndall Range, except for the pines. Don't recall seeing any pines out there.

Franklin upstream from Dixon, heading to Chimaera and/or Hippogriff and/or Gell and/or Cheyne Range?
Looks a lot like the spot where I've crossed, but with higher water levels.

Yes, I'm 99% sure that's where it is - that rockbar is quite distinctive. As for pazzar, I have for some time suspected that he may be one of the aliens... ;)
