Others might be able to give a distance... mine aren't close to wearing out but have only done maybe a few hundred km. Sorry that doesn't really help.Lamont wrote:Walk_fat boy_walk wrote:Superfeet Green are the best non-custom soles ive come accross for hiking/running/general abuse

Just looked them up-Fifty bucks!
Way beyond the budget-out of curiosity how long do they last? How many ks roughly?

I know these are 'memory foam', but they look thin and pretty neutral.
The next ones I have purchased in the past when my plantar fascitis was playing up, thinking they would support my arches, they were cheap though and the arch support was not anything much at all they flattened out to some very comfy insoles that I got maybe 500-850km out of. THe lack of arch support allowed me to take them out of my altras entirely as I had 'rehabbed' my foot.

I did use various pairs of them for a while, the slight cushioning remained, but as I said the arch 'support' had a very short life, which turned out favourably for me as I was able to do away with any sort of insert/orthotic after using these as I transitioned to no arch support
