Fossil Lake & Mt Mueller

Postby MJD » Sun 03 Jul, 2011 8:57 am

A couple of shots from an April walk to Mt Mueller. It's a very nice walk following a sometimes overgrown track to Fossil Lake. Then up to the eastern cliffs and along the ridge before dropping down a little before the final climb to the true summit.

Lovely.
Now, where does that old overgrown track start?

Need to turn off the Mueller Road about 5 or 6 kms in. Then it was something like right and left to arrive at a dead end with a pile of pushed up trees at the end. Need to go through these on the left hand side to pick up the track.

Start was about 55S 459450E 5261885N (WGS84)

You've got that new camera working beautifully Martin to make Fossil lake look as nice as that.

Good work.
Nothing to see here.
