Now the Sun in shining!

I can try and drag myself out of the off-season!!!

This winter has been so cold - I have had no inclination to do any bushwalking. Not good

So I am doing the gym thing and planning to start some short walks soon.

Anyone else getting started after an absence? :o

Yup!

Now that my wedding/honeymoon is out of the way I get my weekends back! Yay!

Nothing to do with the weather though, I actually quite like walking in winter...

Yep,
Need to walk off the winter padding that seems to increase every year i.e. big fat guts getting bigger

Have 7 weeks till next Tassie trip - yippee! Have started walking about one hour a night, 5 nights a week.

The plan will be (with all good intentions and hopefully it works out)

- increase walks that include hilly bits (rather than just around the river which is pretty flat)
- put on the boots and wear them at least 3 times a week for 4 weeks - hopefully reduce the blister rate)
- fill up the pack and do at least 6- 8 walks with it just to get the cardio vaguely improved.
