Been looking for a while with no success. Where do I find the forum rules?

Now that people have faster and cheaper Internet, you could probably increase the 200kB threshold for images to fall under the "large image" rules.

Good point. I have actually increased it in the system but not updated the rules
Currently can upload 3.5Mb files -- that should be enough??
(I really need to migrate the forum later this year to have a better file storage system so we don't need to worry about the file size)
