[FS Syd] Granite Gear Crown Massdrop 60L Pack

Large
$100 plus delivery cost

Used for less than 20 days. Excellent condition. Has a few marks that would probably wash out
Cost of delivery is hard to say because it has a plastic frame, so although only just over 1kg in weight, it will be bulky to post.

By chance do you know the torso length for long is?

Also are you fine for pickup from Sydney?

Cheers

The pack has a label "LONG 21-24in"

Pick up would be good and you can try it on first if you like.

Hi Crollsurf, I also have a Granite Gear Crown 60l from Drop and would say that it seems like an excellent piece of gear i terms of weight and carrying capacity. I think I got mine in 2019 which was probably around the same delivery as you. Unlike you I have never used mine, a few times I have started to fill it for an multi dayer but then seem to find that I cant easily get all my gear in so I revert to my trusty old 75l heavy duty Tallus pack which weighs a whopping 3kg empty! Im just wondering about your opinion of the Crown 60 eg did it live up to expectation, was it comfortable, practical to pack, do you reckon it is really 60l capacity? I know I probably need to rethink the way I pack my gear but old habits die hard.

Hi GregG. I was happy with the pack and used it for a 6 and a 7 day walk and a 4 day ski tour. It packed up easily but some of my gear is UL like my tent, quilt and mat which makes a big space difference. Also I deyh all my own food which also takes up less space.

I think ballpark 60L for sure plus it doesn't taper at the top like a lot of larger packs. I'd give it another try because the top half of the pack might hold more than you realise.

Comfort is a personal thing. I could carry 12kg with zero weight on shoulders.

I bought a new $$$$ 55L pack so pretty sure I'll be reaching for that now
