It's basically the same as the US army scale and very optimistic IMO as well but it is a good guide for survival purpose
I'm going to do a small remake of the down half bag and add a layer of Climasheild to it with the couple of metres of Argon and the 2.5oz I bought recently
50mm of insulation will be the bare minimum and 70mm would be good enough i hope
