TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Does anyone have any of these French packs?

What are they like?

I am looking into the Prolighter series.

Cheers!

If you can get to a decathlon shop I'd consider them too and you can see it first hand. Some nice light/very light stuff there.
Had some very good stuff (and keenly priced) from them lately.
Or some fool  is selling a very nice, keenly priced and highly regarded Deuter 28 Litre pack on the market forum which could save you some money.
