TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Black Diamond have a new version of the Megamid more suitable for a group.
A lot heavier than the Megalite but I like some of what they have done.

How do they get those dimensions?

Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful.

Hmm only measured three sides!
1.65 is the height.
I have an MSR frontrange which is a 2.7m or a 9ft square pyramid. No snow skirts. 20D and 720g no pole etc. Cost $450+$15 delivery from the UK.(this BD includes the pole)
