TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

E-OMC: shoe buying, warranty and return experiences?

Wed 27 Apr, 2011 11:39 am

Hi folks,

E-OMC seems to get a good rap on here, and I'm thinking of buying a couple of pairs of Keens from them. They're the only ones that have both my size and my wife's size :)

Anyone had any experience with their return/exchange process, so I know what I'm in for if things don't work out?

Or if the shoes develop a fault within warranty, can you deal with the local distributor?

They tell me their US$38 flat rate is insured USPS - will it be trackable?

Look forward to any tips.

Cheerio!
Bruce

Shipping with these guys is great. Tracked right through. No idea about returns... probably not worth it once you pay for the return postage!
