Just bumping this one up to know if anyone has an online source for whole powdered dried eggs? Used to buy containers at my local Coles but now can't find them anywhere. There are some dubious sellers on Ebay but I wonder if those are really part egg, part shellac or melamine :(

Thanks in advance.

Haven't seen Farm Pride in supermarkets for ages. OvaEasy crystals are still the best I've tried. Still sadly an import.
Quick search...Local to Oz. Larger quantities unfortunately. :(

New to me, haven't tried. 500g min.

Getting larger, 1kg  Again never tried. Still using the last packet of OvaEasy.

Backcountry Cuisine does a 5serve scrambled egg... available in Oz.

Alternative egg... Aussie.

Thank you. The Backcountry Cuisine looks like the best choice as the others - I think - are from dubious Chinese products and may include anything!

Those Ova Easy are really what I want but with the shipping the cost would be ludicrous.

I might be a late responding to this one, but we found some of the farmers pride in the local coles earlier this year.
They aren’t brilliant but I include herbs and dried bacon pieces ( bought in the supermarket for adding to salads) to make a version of scrambled eggs.
