Micropur liquid use by date

How important is the use by or best before date on Micropur drops? Still effective down the track?

I bought some once without considering the date. Occasionally look at a bottle on the shelf to ponder too.

One needs so little it would only be a commercial operator that might use it up. 100ml does 1000 litres from memory, two drops per litre.

OK will look for a manufacturing date.

I don't know but it makes sense to think the effectiveness wouldn't drop to zero on the first day of the sixth year. Treatment is a funny thing, you never really know if the water was bad or if the treatment worked (unless you get sick obviously).
