Hmmm, just noticed that you intend selling the winning image on merchandise to the public. Maybe I did not read the fine print, but I was unaware that submitting a photo to this site involved assigning copyright and reproductions rights over to the site. Not that I have any entries in this photo of the year comp, but it does concern me. This issue is one that is often discussed among photographers at Flickr and competitions that demand reproduction rights as part of entry are definitely frowned upon by most.
