Panoramio

New Google feature - Panoramio

http://nv0.panoramio.com/navigate.php?id=421046
If that doesn't work, try this
http://www.panoramio.com/photo/421046
Click on "Look around"...

You click on the image, and it overlays images taken from different people that have been taken from similar areas.

I wonder whether, one day, the world will be photographed like this?
That would be one heck of a database...

I have used panoramio for quite a while now. Photos that are stored there may also be added to the Panoramio Layer on Google Earth if they are selected by Panoramio. Panoramio records the number of times you photos have been viewed. The following link has the Panoramio acceptance policy:

There are not a lot of photos of the remoter areas of Tasmania yet.
Ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no river deep enough
Too keep from walking in Tassie

I had a few pictures stored on Panoramio, but forgot about them until you mentioned this! They're here, and they're listed in Google Earth, which incidentally is a very kewl feature. So is the "look around" feature, very tricky indeed! :)
