"The Parks and Wildlife Service has advised that walking tracks at Freycinet, Maria Island and Douglas-Apsley national parks will be closed tomorrow (22 January) due to the very high fire danger."

"The Parks and Wildlife Service has advised that access to part of Mt Field National Park will be restricted until further notice due to a bushfire four kilometres north-west of the park in the Broad River Valley."

Definitely worth keeping an eye on for anyone planning to walk in these parks over the long weekend.
