I should've mentioned this back when I went to Cape Surville in November, but the access road to Cape Surville (Hylands Road I think) has partially collapsed, making driving onwards from it a risky pastime. From where I parked, you had to walk for 30-40 minutes along a road until you entered the National Park and reached the start of the track.
Who knows, this may well be fixed by now, but I thought it'd be worth posting for anyone heading out there, just so they are aware. Turning the car around at the collapse takes a 10 point turn
