Great winter snow hikes

Postby Zaeed » Sun 25 Jul, 2021 7:12 pm

Hey, after some ideas around good alpine hikes in the snow.

Something comparable to Walls of Jerusalem with knee deep snow

Use any of the main tracks to get up to the plateau - Higgs, Western Creek, Syds, Parsons, Yeates, Warners, Dixons, Mother ?Cummings - and wander where thou wilt.
Clumner Bluff from Fish River Rd and then explore Clumner's plateau back to Mersey Crag and down to the Long Tarns track.
February Plains to Oakleigh.
