Exif info, then posts thereafter......
Great photo by the way.

Im quite sure this is another you've posted before Eggs, Florentine peak with a fine flowering scorparia display in front....
Thu 15 Mar, 2012 5:15 pm
Ok - which one wants it?
Tasadam - It was not cheating - I thought it would be easily recognised anyway, but nice to have found a post from the same general area.
It has been a long time since someone used exif data to get some insight for the game.
I think I have posted a few other times since then...
And yes - ILUV - I checked after posting, and I had entered it into the Jan 2011 competition - so good thing I passed over it for this one.
It is specifically up the slope towards Naturalist/Field West, west from Clemes Tarn. The whole hillside was an extensive scoparia display

Indeed a great picture.
Adam can go again, it's more fun to guess.....

C'mon... I would have figured it out -

Anyone can go, my time has expired...

Nice pic... Sth coast... Hidden bay perhaps??
Thu 15 Mar, 2012 7:56 pm
I'll have to give it to you. I can't remember whether it's Hidden Bay or Ketchem Bay. I guess I need to go back to see.
After looking back at my photos I'm fairly confident it's Ketchem Bay but since I've already said that I guess it's your turn again, ILUV.
Thu 15 Mar, 2012 8:10 pm
Its actually Ketchem was there last week
Thu 15 Mar, 2012 8:13 pm
Yes was going to say by the looks of the rocks on the left it's more likely to be Ketchem.
Ok next.

Was this getting lost below Mt Ida?
Fri 16 Mar, 2012 10:35 am
Well, we weren't lost as such until we went to the wrong (north) summit
Yes, this is in the unnamed gorge north of Mt Ida...Mount Olympus obviously in the background.

Looks like one of those bays down near Cockle Creek, no idea which one - can't go check at the moment, am at work. Iphone, tapatalk.
Fri 16 Mar, 2012 11:08 am
I was thinking more like Lake St Clair...somewhere near Echo Point?
Fri 16 Mar, 2012 11:21 am
Yes - this is the beach at Echo Point - right next to the jetty.
Water level in the lake was low - so quite a few beaches were exposed for our walk.
