The rocks in the foreground suggest Lake Rodway at Scott Kilvert Hut.

That will be correct Adam

Just a note, I am likely to be unavailable for an extended period after tomorrow. If this one isn't resolved, first person to PM me who is able to proxy for me would be appreciated.

Looks like the view to the Walls and Lake Adelaide from the first ridge of Mt Rogoona - before going across the upper valley to the main peak.
Did you camp up there?
Mon 19 Mar, 2012 6:29 pm

Looking down at Seal Lake from near Mt Mawson.
Tue 20 Mar, 2012 4:28 pm
It is Lake Seal - but I am fairly sure it cannot be seen from Mt Mawson.
However - assuming you mean Mawson Plateau - this is sort of down off the edge - near the Rodway Day Hut

Thanks Eggs. I wasn't quite sure how to describe the location but I (and most people who have been there) have a photo from nearby.
Try this one. Not so much Wher Am I? as What am I heading towards?

That's right - although I've never been to Paddy's Nut. We camped below Paddy's then on to Thetis and Leonards Tarn.

I've seen a few places like this. I'll take a punt on Gallagher Plateau.
Wed 21 Mar, 2012 12:48 pm
Not the Gallagher, but not TOO far away in the big scheme of things....
