That's correct, johnw.

As the photo shows, it's one of the sunniest places in England. "Sunny Hunny" they call it.

Lots of interesting places in the UK. Long time since I visited, hopefully again one day.

You've narrowed it down. Which location in Alaska?
You don't need to name the glaciers, just the locality.

Only possible with the clues. Seven Devils Mountains, Hells Canyon Wilderness.

Yes, close enough. Was looking for He Devil - the name of the peak in the photo - but that is good enough.

Thanks, wasn't sure how detailed. Haven't been there so would've needed further research.

I'll make this one fairly easy, still on the North American continent:

Gotta be Mount Rundle over the Bow River probably from Tunnel Mountain or the hoodoos track.

Correct. From memory I took it from either the Hoodoos Trail, or the trail that starts from Hoodoos Viewpoint. Back to you.

No takers, and I have no idea. It does remind me a little of the Hooker Valley but I don't think so.
To get the ball rolling I'll start with the Matukituki Valley.

One would think this is near the hand of steve's son.

I have no idea what that means. But there is disagreement about the name of this lake.
I could always drive my little 70's Leyland SUV to a different lake just up the road.

This has gone on long enough. 403 views, several clues and not a single guess, and it's even in NZ.
I'm wondering if this version of the game has finally run its course.
It's Lake Dispute near Queenstown. Anyone can go.

I knew roughly where you were John, but lacked time and inclination to hone in on it.
Life is rather busy at the moment.
Part of the reason I generally try for "fairly easy" ones so the turnover can occur without too much lag time.

Lets try this one from Europe
