Wilmot Range, NW of Tribulation Ridge? That looks like the flats before the high bowl before you drop down to the saddle leading to Tribulation.

Indeed - Little Sugarloaf has these nice cushion plants near the top.

Too true, although it feels cold enough here this morning to grow them.
