It is child's play Jonno, but I've got a busy week and don't have time to post another photo if I answer it.

Looks like some kind of mountain ... out on its own. But like FC I don't recall its name.

Yes, it's Kedumba Walls. I'm on one of the spurs running north-east from Mt Solitary down to the Kedumba River, just out of shot from Jonnosan's photo - there is some really nice walking in that area. This one was taken at -33.781 150.345.

It has more of a Budawangs / Morton NP vibe to me.

A long way from Morton, closer to Asgard.
I cropped the skyline, otherwise it would be too easy.

Thanks Keith. I've visited Venus Tor and have some similar views from Mt Hay.

NSW. I'll try something different again even though they usually backfire on me:

Why can’t I get Asgard off my mind?

Is this the mine, near the kiln, below the plateau?

Similar looking adit, but no.

keithj wrote:I have a v. similar photo of Reinets Mine.

Not that one either. I once went looking for Reinits and couldn't find it. Must try again sometime.

This looks very much like one of the adits at a failed coal mine quite close to the location of a few of the other recent photos in this thread.

It's pretty close to one of them as the crow flies. Accessing it requires a bit more effort.

Given no one took my hint, I believe it's one of the adits from the old Gladstone Mine near Leura, which was served by Australia's first aerial ropeway. (It's also only 2km from Jonno's last image and just across the valley from Tyreless').

No bites on your hint. It is indeed the old Gladstone Mine, off the Lindeman/Gladstone passes.
Yes, the Toy and Rail Museum is quite close but a fair walk to the mine from there. All yours Tim.

Are you heading to a canyon near Wollangambe Crater that has a name but it's a secret and Paul Ma recently coped some grief for naming not knowing it's a secret.
