Not Corang Peak. A clue, I am on that very long trail.

Not Pomany. Trail is correct. Not that far from Nullo or the very old trees.
Don't how this happened but there is a Middle Eastern river flowing through the middle.

Sorry not Mosque Mountain.
This peak and my location are not named on google maps, but are on Bing maps & others.
Another cryptic clue "the nearest community, has Alice & Glen in it".

Tayan Pic (seems the right shape) from Grassy Mtn (where Trail is high above the valley) looking over The Nile (middle eastern river) Homestead ?

Correct keithj. The stream in the intervening valley is the Upper Nile River, Alice and Glen is the nearby community of Glen Alice, "the very old trees" are the Wollemi Pines.

That'll do. It's lower Cave Creek near its confluence with the Good river. Technically part of Wilkinsons Gorge I think (and I think Murderers Cave is down there somewhere too)?

South from the Gammons.
I am on a line of peaks which are named and I am looking at a different named range across the valley.
