It is Thurat Spires in the background, but not Kanangra Falls. This is actually far more accessible.

I actually have no idea, but my research suggests it could be Carisbrook Creek/Falls canyon?

Looks like Carruthers Peak in the mid ground and Mt Townsend in the distance. So somewhere between Carruthers and Tywnam.

Having visited the Sentinel many years ago I reckon he's too high for that eggs.
I took this early last year from Twynam, marking where I think it's taken from et al.
Bear in mind this is "where is it", so I don't know what answer icefest is looking for, but I'd give it to crollsurf.

I'm on the ridge just west of Headly Tarn.

Not Menindee, about 1,000 km ESE from there. Some ocean tidal influences here.

I'm currently tracking around a body of water, eventually heading for the ocean and various tidal inlets, but the signpost on the right will send me into the bush for a while.

150 km or so north of there. I know you've also walked much of this track, don't know about this bit though.

After thinking I've never been or seen that shot, now I'm realising I have but maybe on a different tide
Is it Coila Creek/Lake at the southern end of the Bingi Dreaming track?

Correct! I just poked around the southern end of Coila Lake/Bingie Dreaming track a bit when we were down there in January.
Didn't much like the horribly deep, loose sandy fire trail further around heading north. Easier walking along the lake shore.
