To qualify ideally it should be of a feature/place that no longer exists and/or no one other than the poster has ever seen, and cannot be found on any map past or present - preferably photographed at night

Those rocks remind me of Nooldoonooldoona Waterhole.

This one is not in the Flinders Ranges.
The place name is a waterfall.

Shares its name with a nearby town - on the River Murray

That's the spot. Not far from the Murray, this cuts through a line of granite to drop through a large jumble of boulders.
Was just a trickle in October, but some nice deep pools at various levels.

Thanks eggs. I haven't seen it at any more than a trickle. Nice place to visit though.

Back to NSW, hopefully an easy spot to name...

Looks coastal, I'm thinking Durras, Batemans Bay, Tuross region. From memory the start of the Bingi Dreaming track was something like this.

I assume it must be further down the south coast than my previous thoughts.
I found a vague reference in a park management document for Nadgee Wilderness - Howe Swamp?

It's in that region. For some it's an important water collection point on a popular coastal walk.
