Hi everyone,
I'm looking at going down to the Colo River for the first time as it looks amazing. I'm contemplating three different trails at the moment (Canoe creek track, Bob Turners, T3 Track), however to get to the trailheads they are all unsealed roads that I'm unsure if my 2wd SUV can drive on. I believe some of the unsealed roads are in better condition/easier to drive on than others, but I was wondering if anyone could comment on their state at the moment for the three unsealed roads of Grassy Hill Fire Trail, T3 Fire Trail and the Bob Turners Trail.
Thanks!

The Bob Turner Track is a good introduction, and the dirt road should be fine for 2WD.
Cheers

T3 trail was fine for 2wd in early June 2025. Shouldn't be much different now. Bob turner trail was similar condition in late 2024, but had a deep puddle near the start to take care with. Grassy hill trail in early 2024 was rougher.

Thanks everyone. Looks like I'll have a go at Bob Turners and T3 track for now. Canoe creek will have to wait unfortunately until I get a suitable 4wd!
