This report from last year suggests that Starlights is OK, but a bit rough and damaged.

It's an easy 440m descent/ascent. The Bushwalking NSW notes say EM because you're expected to be fit enough to carry an overnight pack for 10-15km. If not, then you might find it harder.

Yes - the Nattai will be running. But I'd take it from one of the various other options if you can - Troys Creek or Starlights Creek
