Hello, I’m new to Australia, have moved to Melbourne since Jan 2020 for good. I m 46 years old, have done more than 20 times full marathon in my life, xxx times half marathon and mid distance trail run. I would like to make a challenge to myself when I’m still staying fit. Browsed internet, found this website, saw many experts here they did similarities, very impressed. Can experts guide me to plan a challenge? I want to walk from Melbourne to Sydney. Do I need to consider season eg is it too cold to do it now? Is there any magazine/books to help in understanding more the preparation? Any apps for outlining the route? Appreciate so much for any opinions and suggestions.
