*Gold Coast/Brisbane Region walk with overnight cabin stay*

Postby Bhibberd » Thu 11 Jul, 2013 11:31 am

Hi all,
Im new to this forum and the area, but Im wanting to know if there are any bushwalks with cabins along the way that previous bookings can be made to stay there.
I am wanting to take my girlfriend on a trek (nothing too long) and then wind up for the night in a nice cabin that prefereably has a fire, power, cooking amenities, clean etc. Suitable car parking at the start of the trek would be ideal.

If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated! It may be an advertised accommodation or private.
Let me know!

Thanks a lot
Braden

Couple come to mine. The Mt Barney lodge (www.mtbarneylodge.com.au) or the Bunya mountains (www.bunyamountains.com) are good if you don't what to rough it.

O'riellys in the Gold Coast Hinterland would be the pick.

Thank you for the help! ive looked at O'reillys and actually thinking of doing a hot air balloon trip which end up having a champagne breakfast there. Only thing its a little bit pricey :\
