Anyone done the Kokoda Challenge.

Myself and a friend are interested in taking a 'softer' option, although making use of part of the route each time for day walks or an overnighter.

Does anyone have GPS tracks or maps of the KC route?

Does anyone know what the land tenure / ownership is/ eg private, State Forest, National Park etc?

Appears to be a training resource for those preparing for KC. Not certain what happended to stages 1 and 2.

Anyone got GPS tracks for stages 1 and 2 and maps of the whole course?
