Help with Location Adelaide Hills

Hey everyone, long shot but I’m desperately trying to find this specific track/creek. Have seen it posted on Instagram but poster won’t provide any details other than it’s in the Adelaide Hills and possibly off of Gorge Road. I have a serious medical condition and this is just somewhere I’d love to visit and just enjoy while I still can. I’ve been trying for ages but no luck so hopefully someone will recognise it.
