https://www.ski.com.au/xf/threads/mt-bu ... st-4919327You can see photos and read a trip report of this overnight walk in the Mt. Buffalo N.P. by clicking on this link.
Now is the time to do this walk. It is easy to follow the way , there is water that can be easily accessed en route and the wild flowers are showing off as the park regenerates from a severe bushfire in 2019-2020.
You could extend the walk to include Mt. McLeod and add a second night of camping and walking.

Nice one PCV. I was sure I had this walk on my list but it seems to have disappeared, so thanks for the reminder to put it back on!

Did you get any photos of rocky creek falls PCV?
Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful.

I looked at the map and saw that the Rocky Creek Falls were about 800 M. down stream from the bridge on the Rocky Creek track. The Bushfire regrowth looked like it would be slow going so I did not go down there.
