I'm thinking of doing the 3 peaks walk in the blue mountains. Im going to try and do it in the 48 hours, i was thinking if i should sleep or do it in one go and just stop for little rests along the way? Thanks!

If you've done some long adventure races, rogaines or walks before, you'll have some idea of your tolerance for lack of sleep. If you don't know, then you'll probably need to sleep.
