Arm River track starting point?

Hi, I was actually at the Arm River Track parking lot (large-ish gravel lot approx 15km in from the sign) couldn't for the life of me find the start of the Arm River track leading into Pelion huts. I walked around the periphery of hte parking lot but had no luck whatsoever and didn't want to set off and get lost. There was no sign and no obvious trailhead that I saw. Does the trail depart from the parking lot? Or does the start of the Arm River Track start elsewhere? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Did you turn right down the fork on the road and head past the huts? This road leaves you about 2km short of the track in the gravel pit. If you take the Maggs Rd (top road), it will bring you to the track head, and it is clearly marked at the track carpark.

You go over the log and cross the Arm river, the first 50 metres or so is in the river/on left bank before you get to a track.

Not much of a pic but it might help... The river is just over the log, just don't go too far to the left once in/on the river. Track is easy to follow from then on

Yep as others have said at the end of the carpark head to the river and cross and walk in it/beside it for about 50m. The trail is obvious once you get to it
