Two/three day hikes within easy reach of Victoria

Postby gisnd » Tue 08 Feb, 2022 10:18 am

Hi there everyone,

I'm based in Victoria and looking for some fresh walks to do interstate, does anyone have any recommendations for two or three-day hikes that are

- driving-distance from Victoria, OR
- close-ish to an airport interstate

Looking to minimise the difficulty of getting to the walk so I can focus on being in nature!

Much appreciated

From Canberra, it's fairly easy access to Namadgi, which has heaps of options including the top end of the AAWT. From Sydney, the Blue Mtns are only an hour away, KuRingGai ditto.
There's a small airport near Jindy, isn't there? that gives you access to KNP.

Also kind of depends where in Victoria you are. Melbourne is about as far from the state borders as you can get.
