Just a note that I am selling my compact waterproof camera on ebay:

Good if you don't want to carry an SLR hiking, waterproof too so no need to worry about the rain or your pack getting wet.
Used in SW Taz for the last couple of years and never let me down. Selling because I am switching to a GoPro.
