[FS VIC] ICEBREAKER MERINO LODGE SHIRT

Postby Lamont » Tue 01 Dec, 2020 11:49 am

I have an ICEBREAKER LODGE shirt like this model
http://www.bogong.com.au/icebreaker-lod ... 48146.html
in excellent condition bought from Bogong last winter. Size large. Moderate weight merino.
Will put up some pics in a while as I just gave it a wash -not that it needed it.
Double pockets and double buttoned cuffs to wear loose or tighter. Light stretch panel at the sides of the torso.
It is a blue/grey/black combination. All the lines between the colours are blurred-there no real 'checks' as such.
THE TRUE COLOUR IS REPLICATED IN THE CLOSE UP OF THE COLLAR. *&%$#! PHOTOS. The lack of wear on the ICEBREAKER TAG shows the shirts minimal use.
THE WHOLE SHIRT PICTURE MAKE THE PALER SQUARES STAND OUT- THEY REALLY LOOK LIKE THE COLLAR PIC-MORE SOFT/BLURRY/SUBDUED.
Wore it three times maximum (might even be twice -it's a while back) over a long sleeved Tshirt for a total of I reckon four maybe five hours.
No smells/marks etc. Looks like it did when I bought it for $175 from memory. Since then it's been sitting and it's next in the clean out.
I still own four of their shirts-two long sleeved and two short. They are brilliant.
Happy to put a tape measure on any of the dimensions.
$109.99 posted.
Please PM me with any Qs am more than happy to take any extra pics as well.

i have a couple of these - sadly I am a medium. Great shirts and it surprises me why they haven't been adopted more as bushwalking wear - all the advantages of a merino baselayer but are 100 times more durable; which makes the cost a bit more palatable

Thinking I wouldn't mind moving this along, thus
$99.50 posted.
The beauty of this is it can be worn a bit looser as a faux jacket being a bit heavier merino or a shirt. I am between Medium and Large and it was perfect size wise for that. It is not what you'd call 'voluminous' in shape.
My youngest wants it for herself and thinks me mad for flogging it half price so after this last discount it goes to her I think.
Footscray Football Club supporter's discount still applies. Woof.
