Raspberry Flats to Colin Todd Hut in February or March. What route is better for ascent (and descent), as per time and/or difficulty?

Details of the two routes here
you must have experience with ice axe and crampons
not a place to learn alpine skills as you go, in bad weather, navigation off the bonar is extremely difficult and has proved fatal, if you don't have the experience travelling on a glacier, get a guide.
