Group Event to Walk the 6 Foot Track

im organising a charity fundraising walk along the six foot track, starting at explorers end and through to the Janolan Caves Lodge.
Im looking to hold the event over a two day hike, is this possible?
was planning to have an half way event at the Cox's River Camp Ground and i was hoping this would be suitable.
This would be age restricted to 18 years + and i think i would split the event into a half walk and the full walk for more of the go getters
what would you advise be the hardest part of the trek and would it be done comfortably in two days?
