ElevenSkys Shorts
Posted: Fri 08 Mar, 2024 1:08 pmI wore a pair of ElevenSkys shorter shorts for five weeks walking the southern portion of the Te Araroa Trail. I have never worn a better pair of walking short. They were mid thigh length with a loose enough fit to avoid any chafing and allow excellent freedom of movement. A semi elasticised waist with a belt and buckle. Tough fabric that handled wet cold and hot conditions. Quick drying with very good ventilation.
They have two deep side pocket with a front zippered pocket. This was excellent for holding a small wallet, coins and passport when in a town.
the only niggle I had with them was the tendency for the built in waist belt to slip through the buckle if the buckle wasn't locked. threading the belt back through the buckle was fiddly. I am going to fix this with by sewing on an extra length of tape.
The medium size 28"-36",Inseam: 5.25" fitted me.
I highly recommend these.
