My. Speculation Road - current condition?

Has anyone recently driven the Mt. Speculation Rd from Circuit Rd~CampCreek? Was wondering its current road/surface condition for an R50 Parhfinder 4WD? Of course would always carry chainsaw etc.

Can't say recently but I have driven when it was pretty bad and a Pathfinder would have made it then. Work on the road has been done since I last drove it.

The Spec. road from the junction with King Basin road al the way to Camp Creek is in poor condition as of Dec. 3-5th. So much heavy rain has damaged the surface .

Hi Bree, I was up at Camp Creek last weekend picking up a food drop. The last section of Speculation Road is getting pretty rough and slow now... a high clearance 4wd with some decent tyres will get through, however there is a lot of low range 1st and 2nd gear driving over some big rock steps - it take around an hour for the last ~8 ish kilometres.
