Was going to open again today Corvus, but by the look of the weather it may be shut for a bit longer yet

Thought that would be the case when I heard the Snow reports this morning.

I'd be more worried about the trees, Grant. Both roads from Arm River turn off had a tree down approx every 50 metres. I suspect the track will also require some chainsaw work. The huts are well built and should stand up to that amount of snow

. Let us know if you are going in - might have time to come and help.

Went there Sunday 16 Aug. The road has been cleared but there are numerous trees/branches across the track.

Thanks for that info fella's, just a bit worried about the front and back verandahs they fairly flat and we've had a lot of snow this year. Rolfe, you were in there at the weekend, was there much snow at the paddocks or just on the mountains?

Looks like a working bee could be in order.

Hi Grant,
There was no snow left in the paddocks Sunday 16 but plenty on the mountains.
