I just realised 'camel' is a colour...

I nearly took a shot from Dunalley the other day, just for this...

Thank you SBS. There are 2 colours visible here and another nearby. please name them all.
If you look at a paint colour chart practically every word is a colour.

Looks like the campsite below Eldon Peak, although I thought there was supposed to be a whole lot of low, grey wet stuff obscuring everything beyond a ten metre radius . . . .

Hmm... Field West in the background?

When I was at this place there was a whole lot of low, grey wet stuff obscuring everything beyond a ten metre radius.

Will one of you smartarses who knows please just put up an answer?
Wed 01 Aug, 2018 5:58 pm
Umm - as one of the smartarses - I actually do not know.
I have never been on Wright or the Denisons that are the most likely candidates - and the LIST offers no help at all that I can see.
The other smartarse is actually the person who is posting the shot!!
It might assist if they could let us know if a colour is involved in this one.

As another of the smartarses I think it is Mt Wright. The pool is near the lump about half way between the 2 high points. It's just visible on the list. I didn't actually see it when I was there, "there was a whole lot of low, grey wet stuff obscuring everything beyond a ten metre radius."
Wed 01 Aug, 2018 6:57 pm
As another smartarse, I'll confirm this is Mt Correct. But you all knew that ...
Wed 01 Aug, 2018 10:42 pm
I was reluctant to post in the absence of a confirmation by Grasshopper but it will be difficult for me to post tomorrow so here goes

Pinestone Valley?
Thu 02 Aug, 2018 1:14 pm
Close. I am near a named feature.
Thu 02 Aug, 2018 1:28 pm
Toad Rock?
Thu 02 Aug, 2018 1:46 pm
No.
Thu 02 Aug, 2018 2:09 pm
Would Kia Ora Hut constitute a "named feature"?
Thu 02 Aug, 2018 2:30 pm
Lake Mcfarlane?
Thu 02 Aug, 2018 4:49 pm
Kia Ora hut is a named feature but it's not correct. Lake McFarlane is also a named feature and it's also correct. Your go Doogs
