Monolith Valley

Postby Stocky54 » Thu 17 Sep, 2020 7:26 pm

With the Morton NP having reopened what is the state of the track in/out of Monolith Valley via Kalliana Ridge?

Is it difficult to follow anywhere or require any additional navigation skills?

Also how hard is the climb up from the car park?

Thanks in advance...

Clear as day as to where to go up-to the castle.
I'd say that most people who do the castle don't have either a map nor navigational skills.
Track is pretty well defined. After that fire damage makes it pretty hard to tell where the track goes if you are not familiar with the way. Even then, it looks very different. Easy to lose the track in many places. A lot easier walking though.
