Pantoneys Crown logbook needs a new container

Postby rachel_g » Sun 20 Sep, 2020 10:14 pm

We were on Pantoneys Crown over the weekend, and the logbook currently is "stored"on the lid of an old metal tin. Not sure where the rest of the tin is... but this is leaving the logbook exposed to the elements. This morning it was sitting in a pool of water which had collected in the tin lid after the rain overnight.

If anyone is heading there soon it would be great to take a new container and possibly a logbook too. The current one appeared to only have 2 entries in it from this year but was pretty wet this morning so may need replacing.

Hi Rachel, I’m tossing up heading out that way later this week. If I do I’ll try to take something for the logbook but I was also wondering how burnt out the gardens of stone were after last summer. Thanks
