I keep coming up with Unicorn Peak and Cockscomb Peak, but neither looks quite correct.

For something different… Name the country.

(Note for pedants: I know the rules say to nominate the continent, but I am only after the name of the country, so nominating the continent would make it too easy).

Nothing "maybe" about it. I really thought this would take longer to guess.

It's Asahigoya Hut near Mt Asahi. Lots of great walking in Japan.

I don't think there are many dual-pitch roofs in PNG so I'll guess Canada.

Not South Korea either. I have to admit that the building by the lake shore is atypical of this country - yes, that's why I chose it :) This country is a Kingdom or at least a part thereof (I think the last unsucessful claim to the throne was made in the 1980s by a certain high ranking military officer).

Congratulations John, it is indeed Scotland, home to Loch Tay as pictured and a country claimed as his kingdom by Field Marshall President Sir Idi Amin Dada VC MC CBE etc. I have awarded you a virtual haggis in recognition of your determination and perseverance. Just wondering: is W a Scottish name?

You may be on to something Greg, I humbly accept the virtual haggis. I'd slice it open with my virtual claidheamh-mòr but that might be overkill. Slàinte Mhath!
